Flotation Cell Parts
UMA flotation parts are moulded in OXY-PRO® and extend wear life by up to three times, minimising expensive replacement costs, stock holdings and maintenance shutdowns.
Our rotors and stators have been redesigned for longer life. The rotor has thicker vanes and is more wear resistant, while the gap between vanes remains the same as the OEM so performance is unchanged. Stators carry mounting holes in both the bottom and top plates — because wear is typically concentrated on the top half of the fins, a worn stator can simply be turned over and used again.

Directly interchangeable with leading OEM equipment
Dart plug restoration
UMA restores dart valves and manufactures replacement dart plugs and discs for flotation circuits, in sizes to suit Wemco 120, 144, 190 and 225 cells among others.
Worn plugs are re-faced in UMA polyurethane rather than the chloroprene typically used by the OEM, for greater wear resistance and longer service life.
