Polyurethane Repair Kits
UMA supplies kits for onsite repairs in polyurethane or ceramics. Trowelable and castable products have tough rubber-like properties and are designed to repair conveyor belt and other rubber lined equipment quickly and easily.
UMA repair urethanes are non-shrinking and have good chemical, oil and grease resistance, so a repair made in the field holds up in the same duty that wore the original part.

Four systems, four jobs
UMA Trowelable is a two component material for rebuilds and repairs to rubber parts, conveyor belts and linings. It provides impact, abrasion and corrosion resistant protection to pipe, pump liners, conveyor belts, cyclones, chutes, flotation equipment, screens and trommels.
UMA Castable is a pourable two component material for casting wear parts and for repairs to rubber or urethane parts.
UMACOAT is a single component polyurethane paint that can be brushed or rolled on as corrosion protection on surfaces that suffer mild abrasion.
UMA Ceramic is a spherical alumina ceramic suspended in a two component epoxy — especially effective at resisting slide abrasion and moderate impact. It adheres to most clean dry surfaces including polyurethane, rubber, steel, wood and cement.
